A community built for conversations people can feel good about.
These guidelines explain the behavior HeyFling expects from clients and executives, what is not allowed, and how reports and enforcement work.
The guidelines apply to profiles, messages, calls, gifts, reviews, support interactions, and any other use of HeyFling.

Respectful behavior
The standard is simple: consent, honesty, and care.
Every person should be able to set boundaries, end a conversation, and participate without being demeaned or pressured.
Lead with respect
Speak with care, listen without pressure, and treat identity, language, and lived experience with dignity.
Ask, don’t assume
Get consent before sensitive topics, advice, recording, screenshots, or sharing anything from a conversation.
Be honest and clear
Represent yourself accurately, set expectations up front, and respect the purpose of the call.
Prohibited conduct
What does not belong on HeyFling.
The examples below are not exhaustive. Context, severity, intent, and patterns of behavior may all inform review. Illegal content, promotion of self-harm, gambling, drugs, or weapons is never allowed.
Harassment and threats
Bullying, intimidation, repeated unwanted contact, stalking, blackmail, or threats of harm.
Hate and discrimination
Attacks or demeaning conduct based on religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, background, or other identity.
Sexual content and misconduct
HeyFling is not a dating or adult service. No sexual or romantic solicitation, explicit content, nudity, or sexual talk for payment.
Fraud and impersonation
Scams, misleading identity or qualifications, payment manipulation, or attempts to obtain OTPs or credentials.
Privacy violations
Recording, screenshotting, publishing, doxxing, or sharing another person’s personal information without permission.
Platform abuse
Spam, automation, scraping, ban evasion, off-platform payment requests, or interference with safety controls.
Child safety standards
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Reporting and enforcement
Report clearly. We review in context.
If a conversation feels unsafe or violates these guidelines, leave the call, block the profile, and submit a report with relevant details.
Report
Choose the closest reason and describe what happened. Avoid adding unrelated private information.
Use the profile or conversation menu
Review
HeyFling may review account, profile, transaction, support, and service information relevant to the report.
Review scope depends on context
Act
Possible actions include education, warning, feature limits, suspension, or account removal.
Serious conduct may lead to immediate restriction
We do not promise a specific outcome for every report. Reports made in good faith are encouraged; knowingly false or abusive reporting may itself violate these guidelines.
Appeals
If you think an account action was mistaken.
Where an appeal is offered, use the link in the notice or contact support within 30 days. Explain what you believe was misunderstood and include relevant context. A different reviewer will assess the available information, and we aim to respond within 15 days.

Safety reminders
Trust your instincts and use the controls.
