Executive Terms
The terms for people who share their time, language, and empathy on HeyFling as Executives.

01 Scope
These Executive Terms apply to anyone approved by Velnor Tech Labs LLP (“HeyFling”) to offer audio or video conversations on HeyFling as an “Executive”. They add to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If these Executive Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on an Executive matter, these Executive Terms apply.
02 Independent relationship
You offer your time as an independent individual. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, agency, or a joint venture between you and HeyFling. You decide when you are available and are responsible for your own equipment, internet connection, and working environment.
03 Eligibility and onboarding
- You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India.
- You must sign up with your own mobile number, use your real photo, and complete any onboarding and conduct training HeyFling asks for before your profile goes live.
- HeyFling reviews every Executive profile before it appears to Clients and may approve, decline, or pause any application or profile, including for safety or quality reasons.
04 Payout verification (KYC)
You can start taking calls without submitting documents. Before your first payout, once your earnings reach the payout threshold shown in the Executive app, you must complete a one-time KYC verification:
- PAN, matched to your name (required for tax deduction and reporting);
- bank account in your own name, confirmed through a small test deposit and name match;
- date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older;
- a short live selfie video, matched to your profile photo to confirm that the account is really you.
Earnings stay safely in your account until KYC is complete; they are not lost. If verification fails, shows that you are under 18, or reveals that the profile is not genuinely yours, HeyFling will suspend the account and may withhold earnings linked to the misuse. KYC data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is processed through authorised verification partners.
05 Your profile
Your profile must be accurate and your own. Use a recent photo of yourself, list only languages you speak well, and describe the conversations you welcome honestly. Do not claim qualifications, certifications, or outcomes you cannot back up, and do not present yourself as a doctor, therapist, counsellor, lawyer, or financial adviser.
06 Conduct on calls
- Go online only when you are ready to take calls, and answer promptly.
- Keep every conversation respectful, consensual, and non-sexual. Romantic or sexual conversation, flirting for payment, or explicit content is prohibited.
- Never ask for or share phone numbers, social handles, addresses, or payment details, and never ask a Client to pay or tip outside HeyFling.
- Do not record, screenshot, or share any call or Client information.
- If a Client mentions self-harm or danger, stay calm, encourage them to contact emergency services (112) or a qualified helpline, and report the call to HeyFling.
- Follow our Community Guidelines at all times. Zero tolerance applies to any content or conduct involving minors.
07 Earnings
Clients pay with HeyFling Coins. You earn a share of the Coins Clients spend on your call minutes and of the gifts they choose to send you, converted to Indian Rupees according to the earnings rate card shown in the Executive app. The rate card sets out per-minute earnings, the gift share, the platform fee, and any deductions. HeyFling may update the rate card with at least 7 days’ notice in the app; changes do not affect earnings already accrued.
- Earnings are calculated from HeyFling’s call records, which are final unless there is a clear error you report within 15 days.
- Earnings from calls or gifts reversed because of a verified Client complaint, an unauthorised transaction, fraud, or a breach of these terms may be withheld or deducted.
- Never ask or pressure a Client for gifts, extra Coins, or payment of any kind.
- Fake calls, self-calls, multiple accounts, collusion, or any attempt to inflate earnings lead to forfeiture of the affected earnings and removal from HeyFling.
08 Payouts and taxes
- Once KYC is complete, payouts are made to your verified bank account on the payout cycle and above the minimum threshold shown in the Executive app.
- HeyFling will deduct tax at source (TDS) where required by the Income-tax Act, 1961 and issue the related certificates. You must provide a valid PAN; without it, higher TDS rates may apply by law.
- You are responsible for declaring your income and for any GST registration and filing that applies to you.
- Payouts may be paused while a report or suspected fraud is under review. We will tell you and aim to complete reviews within 15 days.
09 Confidentiality and data
Anything you learn about a Client through HeyFling is confidential. Use it only to provide the conversation on HeyFling, never contact a Client outside the Service, and never share Client information with anyone. HeyFling processes your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including KYC (PAN, bank account, date of birth, and live selfie video) and payout details.
10 Ratings, reviews, and quality
Clients may rate and review calls. Ratings help Clients choose and help us maintain quality. We may reduce visibility, require retraining, or pause profiles with consistently low ratings or repeated complaints. You may not offer anything in exchange for a review.
11 Suspension and removal
HeyFling may warn you, limit your visibility, pause payouts, suspend, or permanently remove your Executive access if you breach these terms, the Community Guidelines, or the law, or if required to protect Clients or the Service. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and how to appeal. You may stop being an Executive at any time by deactivating from the app; earned and undisputed amounts above the payout threshold will be paid out in the next payout cycle.
12 Indemnity and liability
You are responsible for your conduct on calls and agree to indemnify HeyFling against claims arising from your breach of these terms or the law. HeyFling’s liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms of Service and, in any case, to the undisputed earnings due to you.
13 Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. For Executive support, write to [email protected]. For grievances, contact our Grievance Officers (Rahul Singh, Amogh Gopi, and Agin) at [email protected].
